    Rameswaram

Rameswaram is one of the major pilgrim centers of the Hindus. It is connected to many cities through Railways and Roadways. There is one story for this origin of Rameswaram, that is, Lord Rama when he returned from Sri Lanka, he presented his thanks to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathy and washed away their sins there. So it is a holy place, where Hindu people want to visit and get rid of their sins. Rameswaram is spoken for 22 theerthas surrounding the main temple. As per Hindu Myths, the person who visits Rameswaram can get away from his sins. Rameswaram temple is praised for its sculptured pillars and unimaginable corridors. The world’s longest corridor is third corridor of the Ramanathaswamy temple. Above any other Pilgrimage centers, Rameswarm is a place where there are many picnic spots for the visitors to visit like Pamban, Olaikuda and Dhanushkodi. There are many fishing centers in Rameswaram. Many varieties of fishes are available here and it is exported to different parts of the world. There are many attractive pearls, shells and sea products sold here. The outsiders are very much attracted by this. This brings many tourists to Rameswaram.

My recent trip to Rameswaram turned out to be just horrible. I could not believe my eyes when i saw that this place of pilgrimage and beauty has lost its divinity just because of the number of clothes discarded at sea. Is it a custom to do so? If so, y arent there any measures to clean out the mess at the same time? My previous visit to this Rameswaram had been beautiful. How could it change so suddenly in just a few years???? There was a huge bunch of clothes placed on the rocks. Each time the waves hit the rocks,it takes the clothes along……..

Some time before, I really needed to buy a good house for my organization but I did not earn enough money and could not buy something. Thank heaven my mate proposed to take the mortgage loans from reliable bank. So, I acted that and was satisfied with my collateral loan.
